We are currently working on a new and improved resident portal and booking system! Updates are due to begin on the 29th March.

Here's What You Need to Know:

  • If you're already living with us, you can still rebook a room for next year by logging into the portal as normal. You won't be able to make rent payments or log maintenance requests through the portal from the 29th March until the middle of April. Please log on before this date if you wish to do so. If you have any questions, just pop into reception to see us
  • If you're joining us for 2017/18, you won't be able to update your details on the resident portal until the middle of April

Here, in the iQ Student Accommodation Online Portal, you will be able to instantly book a room at any one of our accommodation schemes. Or, if you’re already living at an iQ site, you’ll be able to manage your account quickly, easily and at any time of the day or night.

First Time Users

Please click the ‘Register’ tab and enter your details to begin the booking process which should take no longer than 10 minutes. If you wish to complete the process straight away, please ensure that you have the following information to hand:

  • A Guarantor’s name, address & email address. This person acts as a back up if you can’t pay your rent
  • Details of a Credit/Debit card to make your payment
  • The name of the Room Type you wish to book. You can find this information on our website

If you don’t have all this information to hand – don’t worry. You can log back in at any time to complete your booking. However, until you make a payment your room is not secure.

Registered Users

Please log in with your email address and password. If you are already living at iQ, you will be able to:

  • Report a repair or maintenance issue
  • Make a payment
  • Check your account
  • Complete your online Inventory (when you first move in)
  • Rebook your room for the next term session (priority booking)
